Mike received his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and his B.A. in Philosophy and Justice, Law, and Values from The Pennsylvania State University. While at Pitt Law, Mike served as President of the Student Bar Association, was a recipient of the Dean's Scholarship, and worked as a research assistant to Professor Michael Madison (Governing Knowledge Commons) and Professor Ann Sinsheimer (Resilience and Adaptive Mindset). His academic work focused on emerging technology, intellectual property, innovative problem-solving, and global citizenship.
